Terms & Conditions

Your contract is with Open Sky Tour & Travle’s. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept booking form signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.

Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

Deposit

Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 40 to 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.

Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to Internet banking, UPI Procedure and depostie to our Account Number

Payments

For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.

  1. 10% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior
  2. 25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior
  3. 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 07 days prior
  4. 100% cancellation in case of no show.

Note: For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

Changes to Itinerary

Open Sky Tour & Travel’s reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances like weather, traffic, or political unrest. Any additional costs arising from itinerary changes will be borne by the customer.

Responsibilities of the Traveller

Customers must carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, ID proof, tickets, etc. You are expected to follow the tour schedule and cooperate with the tour guide. Any damage caused by the customer to property or facilities during the trip must be compensated

Health & Safety

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they are in good health before starting the journey. We reserve the right to deny participation to any traveler who may pose a risk to others due to illness or inappropriate behavior

INCLUDE

The land price of your trip includes:

  • All accommodations as listed on the website
  • All transport listed on the website
  • Sightseeing and meals as listed on the website
  • The services of a group leader as described on the websit

EXCLUDE

The land price of your trip does not include:

  • International or Internal flights unless specified
  • Airport transfers, taxes, and excess baggage charges unless specified
  • Meals other than those specified on the website
  • Visa and passport fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Optional activities like that River Rafting, Paraglading, Trecking Timber Train, Gandola, Horse Riding etc. and all personal expenses
