Refund Policy – Open Sky Tour & Travle’s

At Open Sky Tour & Travle’s, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our services.


Booking Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation 30+ days before departure:
    80% refund of total booking amount.
  • Cancellation 15–29 days before departure:
    50% refund of total booking amount.
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before departure:
    25% refund of total booking amount.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure:
    No refund.

Note: Refunds are calculated after deducting applicable taxes, service fees, and any non-refundable components (such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, etc.).

Non-Refundable Services

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Flight/train tickets booked under non-refundable fares
  • Hotel bookings under non-refundable rates
  • Entry tickets for events, monuments, or attractions
  • Optional activities like that River Rafting, Paraglading, Trecking Timber Train, Gandola, Horse Riding etc. and all personal expenses

Cancellation by Company

If a tour or service is cancelled by Open Sky Tour & Travle’s due to unforeseen circumstances (minimum group size not met, natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), customers will be offered:

A 100% refund, OR An option to reschedule or shift the booking to another date/trip.

Custom Tours

For tailor-made/customized packages, refund terms vary and will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Please review the specific terms before confirming the trip.

Force Majeure

In cases where travel services are disrupted due to reasons beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, war, etc.), we will try our best to provide alternate arrangements or issue credits instead of refunds, subject to supplier policies.
